Problem

Hydrocarbon spill on gravel.

Solution

Pump and heating system to feed spray nozzles located within enclosed auger. Variable flow, pressure and temperature were required to efficiently clean the gravel which had varying amounts of hydrocarbon deposits. The final design provided output variable 0 to 60 gpm with pressure variable 0 to 1000 psi and the heat output is variable from 750,000 Btu/hr to 3,000,000 Btu/hr (provided in both oil fired, and gas fired versions). 

Results

This customer was so pleased with the results and the relatively low cost to other options that they purchased a second unit.
