Background

The US Navy needed a multi-purpose pressure washer that would be used on their aircraft carriers. The pressure washer had to provide: 

• About 5 gpm at 3000 psi, hot or cold wash water
• Fueled by the same jet fuel as used for the aircraft 
• Portable with fuel and water tanks onboard
• Onboard heave duty vacuum (keeping debris off of the deck where aircraft were taking off and landing) 
• Low profile to fit under the aircraft wings  
• Designed for marine environment
