Hundreds of electric pressure and flow
combinations available, flow rates to 600 gpm, pressures
to 10,000 psi, drives to 250 hp for hazardous or non-hazardous
areas.
Typical specifications:
Motor, totally enclosed fan cooled, with starter provided
in watertight, corrosion resistant enclosure or for hazardous
areas, the appropriate motor, starter and wiring to meet
NEC requirements for the specified area.
Drive, direct or belt
Pump options, various duty levels available
in piston and plunger type pumps such as:
Heavy Duty - Proven highest quality
pressure washer pumps, operated at maximum rated rpm and
up to maximum rated pressure. This series is recommended
where the task demands long work hours every day.
Severe Duty - The same highest quality
pumps operated at reduced rpm and pressure to extend the
maintenance intervals and life of the pump. Typically operated
at no more than 67% of rated rpm and 83% of rated pressure;
this combination should increase the life of the pump at
least 2.5 times.
Industrial Duty and Continuous Duty
pumps are also available.
Standard features include suction strainer,
inlet thermal relief valve, unloader bypass valve, redundant
pressure relief valve, adjustable chemical injection valve,
3/8" x 50' high pressure hose with quick couplers,
shut off gun, lance, nozzles and formed steel base or fabricated
steel base with epoxy coating.
